By all accounts our trade shows are the most actively attended in the valuation space. No one else comes close. We have room for 40 booths for this event so don’t procrastinate! We hope to sell them out early.
Our New Orleans event will be held at the The Roosevelt New Orleans | The Waldorf Astoria Collection, strategically located in the Central Business District just off Canal Street and a block from the world-famous French Quarter. Our discounted room rates are amazing. This event should be huge. You do not need a fancy booth to participate. All you need is a smile, a good handshake, and some print materials.
Direct mail, in the form of postcards, will go out to every licensed appraiser in the US. They will be mailed in late September. Once again we will be calling and personally inviting appraisers to come to Valuation 2009. And let's not forget that the bulk of attendees hear about Valuation Expos through Appraisal Buzz advertising.
If you are a lender and need to recruit vendors there will be no better place. If you are an appraisal management company you have seen the challenges this past year in attracting and keeping good talent. If you have a new product or service to debut this is the venue.
The Collateral Risk Network hosted by Appraisal Buzz, will be meeting in New Orleans as well. We had record turnout last year. Hey folks, these are the decision makers! Our lender participation grows every year. They will be at Valuation 2009 checking out the settlement services opportunities and kicking the tires on AVMs and other alternative products.

Sign Up To Be An Exhibitor!
The Exhibit area and the general sessions will be held in the Roosevelt Ballroom at the The Roosevelt New Orleans. It is approximately 20,000 square feet. Each booth is 8' x 10' and includes a back drape, side drapes, chair,and one identification sign. All other needs you might have will be fulfilled through GEMS Events.
The cost for each booth is $2100. Included in your fee is a FREE Advertisement Insert and three Exhibitor Full Conference passes. All exhibitors must wear a pass to enter the Valuation 2009. The Exhibitor Full Conference pass gives you access to the Opening Reception Cocktail Party Monday, Trade Show area, and the general sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday. If additional passes are needed, they can be purchased online at the regular attendee price.
As an exhibitor you are also entitled to a FREE interview, press release or article in Appraisal Buzz. Contact Kristin Kodenski about a spot on the calendar.
Many exhibitors choose to participate in the Appraisal Bee contest. “Giveaways” are a great way to promote traffic specifically to your booth and the trade show in general. For this event, we would like to promote these “Giveaways” in advance of the expo so email Kristin Kodenski with your promotion. Let’s dangle those “carrots” in front of the Appraisal Buzz subscribers.
You also get 10 Free Trade Show Passes. These are to be used at your discretion (caution, please note we can’t refund anyone who may have already purchased a pass). The goal is to build traffic & extend a very generous invitation to those who may not have attended before. It’s your job to conjure up some really cool marketing plan to “package” the promotion… I’d highly recommend you include an urgency to act…limited offer. They must register now and not at the event. This year the Free Trade Show Pass will expire as of October 30th.

Cancellation Policy: If the exhibitor, after reserving and paying for a booth, or sponsorship, wishes to cancel, Allterra Group agrees to carry forward the exhibitor's reservation to the next event.
In the unlikely event Allterra Group, LLC is compelled to cancel Valuation 2009 due to an unforeseen event such as an act of God or economic catastrophe, this conference will be rescheduled and possibly relocated to another city. Allterra Group, LLC will make every effort to minimize the inconvenience to our attendees, however, we will not be able to refund Registration fees unless prior to 30 days of the original dates of the event. Exhibitor/Sponsorship fees will not be refunded regardless of notice.
