Just wanted to say hello and tell you how much I enjoyed Valuation Expo 2008. Everything about it far exceeded my expectations. From the panel of speakers to the trade-show floor, everyone involved was first-class. It was the most value-added continuing education experience I've had in my 11 years in the business and I will certainly be making it an annual event.
In addition, it was nice to meet you, albeit briefly. Always good to put a face to the name. It's great to have someone like you being such a strong advocate for our profession. Keep up the good fight and I look forward to more interaction with your group in the future.

I just wanted to let you know I really enjoyed the Valuation 2008!
It was my first time attending and I found it very informative. With the changes in the appraisal industry I attended the expo in order to update myself with the most up to date information. I received detailed information on current happenings, such as the Home Valuation Code of Conduct and new FHA licensing requirements. In addition, I was able to speak with my peers on various regional appraisal practices throughout the country.
I attended two continuing education classes while at the expo. and considered them two of the best CE classes I have ever taken. I plan on making this a yearly event!

This conference was by far the best of the 4 I have attended in the past. Perhaps because of the timeliness in view of the changes that may occur soon.
I was most impressed by the candor and straight talk by many of the key decision makers that spoke in the general sessions, and the one on one conversations with the executives in Policy and Procedure roles at their respective organization.
I am sure there are many participants that took away excellent information from the conference that will allow them to understand and make decisions in the near future regarding their specific business plans.
I know how much work goes into putting on a conference such as this, and especially in times of turmoil, but speaking for myself I appreciated the conference and it was critical to my plans in the future.
